The nicotine withdrawal symptoms is unwell following the suspension of intake of the substance, and is characterized by tendency depressed or irritable mood, insomnia, restlessness and impatience, anger and difficult to tolerate even the slightest frustration, anxiety and difficulty concentration, decreased heart rate and increased appetite and weight. Withdrawal symptoms are causing social problems and sometimes in the ordinary course of normal work activities.

Other symptoms of nicotine withdrawal symptoms include a craving for sweets and impairment of performance that require vigilance. Nicotine dependence is more common among people with other disorders: mood and anxiety disorders are more common in people who smoke than those who do not smoke.

The withdrawal symptoms never appear together and last for a few days. Gradually reduce the cigarettes helps to alleviate these symptoms. To combat the nuisance must stop with enthusiasm and commitment.

The main problems are:

* dizziness, vertigo: no cigarettes, the brain receives more oxygen and this can cause dizziness (max. 10 days)
* tingling: effect of improving circulation
* headaches, stomach upset, muscle cramps
* cough respiratory eyebrows once again possible (the cough is sweeping away the irritants)
* mood disorders anxiety and nervousness: Use relaxation techniques and keep busy doing motion or manual activities.
